Custom and made-to-order work
Because custom signs are cut to your artwork and dimensions, they are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. If a piece arrives damaged, is fabricated off-spec, or does not match the approved proof, we remake and reship it free.
Damage in transit
Send photos of the packaging and the piece within 7 days of delivery. We file the carrier claim on your behalf and start the remake immediately — you are not stuck waiting on the claim to resolve.
Proof approval
Every custom order gets a digital proof showing exact dimensions, material, and color before fabrication starts. Approving the proof confirms spelling, layout, and sizing; we cut to what is approved.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are issued within 3 business days of the item arriving back at the shop and typically post to your statement within another 5 business days.
